We want you to love your cap. If something isn’t right, the policy below explains how to send it back. By placing an order at thefamelee.ca you accept these terms.
1. Return window
You may return any unworn cap within 2 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items must be in the condition you received them, with all tags and original packaging intact.
2. Non-returnable items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without prior authorization (see below).
- Items returned outside the 2-day window.
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
3. How to start a return
- Email info@famelee.ai within 2 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a return authorization (RA) number and the return address.
- Ship the cap back using a tracked service and include the RA number on the package.
4. Shipping costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not arrive.
5. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a further 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your cap arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
7. Exchanges
We currently sell one size, so we do not offer size exchanges. For colour or model exchanges (when more pieces are available), please process a return and place a new order.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to the point we hand them to the carrier. Once a tracking number has been generated, the standard return policy applies.
