These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thefamelee.ca and any purchases you make. By placing an order or using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. The seller
thefamelee.ca is operated by The Fame Lee® (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a brand domiciled in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at info@famelee.ai.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We make best efforts to display each product accurately on the site. Colours, materials, and embroidery may vary slightly between the photographs and the item you receive due to monitor calibration and the nature of small-batch production. Products are sold subject to availability.
4. Pricing & promotions
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated and may change at any time. Any promotional pricing or discount campaign (including ramped pricing where the price increases each day) will be honoured at the price displayed at the moment your order is submitted and confirmed.
5. Orders & acceptance
An order placed through the site is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. We will charge your payment method only after we accept the order. If we cannot fulfil an order we will issue a full refund.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize Stripe to charge the displayed amount on our behalf.
7. Shipping & returns

8. Intellectual property
“The Fame Lee®” name, crest, embroidered marks, product photography, copy, and the design of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any way that violates Canadian law, infringes the rights of others, interferes with the site’s operation, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system.
10. Disclaimer
The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except those that cannot be lawfully disclaimed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site or a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
