1. Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. You will receive an email with a tracking number when the package leaves our Toronto location.
2. Standard shipping — Free, Worldwide
- Free on every order — no minimum, anywhere in the world.
- Delivery: 5 business days from dispatch (typical estimate; actual time varies by destination).
- Ships from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post or equivalent.
- Import duties and taxes (if applicable for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Local pickup — Toronto
- Free on every order.
- Pickup location: 178 Beverley Street, Toronto, ON.
- We will email you when your order is ready (usually 1–2 business days).
- Pickup hours by appointment — reply to the confirmation email to schedule.
- Select Local Pickup — 178 Beverley St, Toronto (Free) at checkout.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. If 10 business days pass without an update, email info@famelee.ai and we will investigate.
5. Lost or stolen packages
If a tracked package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your local post outlet first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to file a claim.
6. Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses you provided. If the package returns to us, we will refund the order minus shipping costs we incurred.
7. Customs & duties (international)
For orders shipping outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or at checkout.
8. Holidays
Statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada are not counted as business days. During peak periods (Black Friday, December) processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
